Time to pick out your entrée (first course) and plat principal for our two meals in the hotel restaurant in St. Malo. Descriptions in the right-hand column. Please indicate with a 1 the dish that you'd like for each category (see my line for an example)...

Paupiettes de volaille: stuffed chicken
Pintade aux raisins: Guniea fowl with raisins
Boeuf à la Bourguignonne: (a Julia Child classic) red wine braised beef with onion and mushrooms
La criée du jour: catch of the day

Omelette Norvegienne: baked alaska (cake topped with ice cream and a meringue and browned in the oven)
Pâtisseries Maison: pastries
